The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and we will refund 50% of the purchase on any product if it is sent back within 10 days of receipt. The package can be opened but the product must be in good condition and all parts (including hardware) must be returned. Please package well so as to avoid damage on return.
For damaged products: we will replace damaged products, but you must return the damaged product in order to receive a replacement.
Please notify us prior to returning the product, so that we may verify that you are eligible for the refund.
